OnInOff is a technology developed by Onionlab, a studio with over twenty years of experience in designing immersive installations and interactive experiences that merge art, design, and technology. The platform was born from the need for an in-house tool capable of integrating light, sound, and visuals into a single, stable, and scalable system. Conceived to be intuitive and accessible, it can be used without technical expertise, offering brands, institutions, and artists a creative framework that seamlessly combines artistic freedom with technological control.

Interactive Outdoor Installations

Public space has become a new canvas for interaction. Cities, festivals, and brands seek ways to connect with people beyond walls to transform plazas, façades, and parks into shared experiences. That’s where OnInOff comes in.

We design and engineer interactive outdoor installations built to perform in real conditions: large-scale systems, weatherproof hardware, and real-time software that bring architecture and audiences into dialogue.

Our team blends sensor technologies, projection, light design, and sound to create installations that react to movement, voice, or collective presence.

Each piece is designed to create engagement and emotion, transforming public space into a living stage. From light-based interventions and data-driven sculptures to interactive architectural surfaces, we deliver the full pipeline, from concept and system design to calibration and operation.

OnInOff transforms open spaces into immersive, participatory environments that make technology feel human and cities feel alive.
